Returns Made Easy

1. Start your return
Create your return using our Return/Exchange form, entering your order number along with the email address used to place the order.

2. Add the items
Select the items you want to return and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.

3. Wait for labels
Once you’ve completed your return request, you’ll receive a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. You can choose to download and print it out or receive a QR code to scan at your local FedEx location.

4. Send it back
Place your return in a shipping box and drop it off at your closest FedEx location depending on the return method. Your return will be processed once our warehouse has received and verified your returned items.
