If something doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Shipping

Orders typically ship out within 1 Business Day (not including weekends or U.S. Holidays) from the day they are placed (applies to standard shipping only). Orders placed during weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day. During sale events and peak shipping seasons, it can take up to 5 business days to ship plus an additional 1-3 business days for pack sets to assemble and ship. Express shipping will be shipped the same day (M-F) if placed before 10:00 am Central Time.

Note: Orders with customization are hand assembled at our warehouse and may require additional time before orders containing these items ship, especially during season.

Tracking (when available) is emailed when the item(s) ship. You may track your package by entering your tracking number into Google or on our website.


US SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING:
Most of our packages are shipped using FedEx. In some areas, USPS or UPS may be used for final delivery.  Standard shipping is available in the Continental (Lower 48) US states and Canada.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Express Shipping is available for the continental U.S. Orders placed before 10:00 A.M. Central time will ship out the same business day and deliver on the second business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Central time will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays). Orders placed during weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.  Express is not available to APO/FPO/DPO, or PO Box addresses.

RUSH SHIPPING:
When shipping Rush Shipping, orders placed before 10:00 AM Central time will ship out the same business day and deliver on the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Central time will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or U.S. Holidays). Orders placed during weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.  Rush is not available to APO/FPO/DPO, or PO Box addresses.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIRED:
To help ensure the safe and successful delivery of your order, some packages may require a signature upon delivery.

Signature requirements are based on a combination of factors, including order details, delivery history, and shipping destination.

If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or redirect the package to a secure pickup location.

Return & Exchanges

RETURNS

You may return your unworn, clean, and non-customized item(s) with the original tags attached within 30 days* of the purchase date for a refund to original form of payment or Ziel Performance store credit.

*Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: For purchases made between November 24, 2026 and December 2, 2026, we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Items purchased in a "Pack" or "Set" need to be returned in full. We cannot accept partial returns on item Packs or Sets.



EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date for a different size of the unworn purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse. Shipping is always free for exchanges. The new size item will be mailed out to you generally within 5-7 business days* after we receive your return.

We can only process exchanges for the same product in a different size. We cannot process exchanges for the same product in a different color, or for an entirely different product. If you would like a different color or product, we are happy to help you place a new order via phone or email and provide you with standard shipping on your repurchase order. You will be charged for the new product when it ships. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days.*

*IMPORTANT NOTE: During peak times such as sales and holidays, returns and exchanges may take longer than normal to process and may be delayed up to 15 business days.
